The making of the President
As you may have heard by now, the 44th President of the United States of America Barak Obama has finally made his birth certificate public. Not the copy but the long form, the real deal. The long form is never released to citizens, but Hawaiian Department of Health made an exception in order to quell the skeptics, a.k.a. the birthers.
The document was promptly made available on the White House Web site as a PDF file. This may have done the President much more harm than good.
The problem with the document is that it is a composite, not a single piece. It consists of several parts, stacked one atop another in layers, each part containing different sections of the certificate. This would be impossible if the original was a paper document merely converted into an computer file by scanning. Scanned documents are kind of like digital photographs - everything is inseparably together in one image. What is even more remarkable about this birth certificate is that some parts are evidently not scanned at all but manually added by means of a computer application.
I took the effort of opening this birth certificate in Adobie Illustrator and turned off all but the underlying layer. Take a look. All the personal information is gone, leaving bold spots behind.
It is obvious that the original text was removed and new text was added on top of the blank spots.
I do not wish to speculate what may have been removed. I will only limit myself to stating that this document originating from the White House is undoubtedly doctored. Considering the source and the importance of the document, the full Congressional investigation may be most warranted in this case.
